-Movement/ExerciseEach of these components exerts a certain level of healthy or unhealthy balance on our bodies. Most training programs fail by focusing on only one aspect of health. Our daily choices about eating, drinking, moving, breathing, sleeping and thinking, dramatically influence how we choose to live our life, as well as how rapidly our bodies age. A holistic approach focuses on creating a healthy balance throughout all areas of one’s life.
The whole becomes one; and an optimum level of health and fitness is yours.
